Green Tea

Hi, I hope people are still visiting this LJ community. Looks like nobody has posted in a while. I've been drinking a lot more green tea lately. The tea seems to make it easier for me to stick to my diet. That might be indirect; maybe I brew a cup of tea instead of eating candy or potato chips. Tea isn't a "magic" drink as far as I can tell, no matter what Oprah says about it.

I've read conflicting things on the internet about green tea. Should you boil the water or not? How long do you steep the tea? What works best for you? Any thoughts?
